JOB DESCRIPTION: Export Sales Manager - Based in head office looking to over see the current export team of two to develop business primarily though Europe. Tasked with identifying and developing new markets and customers in the export arena, working closely with the managing director, developing the export sales and marketing strategy and ensuring its successful implementation. Also responsible for developing the technical understanding of products among the existing and potential customer base. Products include a range of domestic and commercial heat pumps. The role includes extensive travel with approximately 50% of the time outside the UK. 

LOCATION: Based in head office in Essex - Ideally located Essex, Hertfordshire, North East London, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire 

CANDIDATE: A highly professional, structured and motivated individual with experience in export sales. A background or exposure to heating and plumbing or HVAC products would be highly beneficial or knowledge of technical products and the acumen to understand a new product range would be considered. Extensive knowledge of how to source business outside the UK is required with a track record in successful performance in export positions previously. A second language would be highly beneficial but not required. 

PACKAGE: A basic salary of up to £60k is offered plus bonus, additional benefits include car allowance, mobile, laptop, pension.

Marketing Manager for KBB Products in Midlands

JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager - They are now looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to cover up to 12 months maternity leave. The successful candidate will manage 2 people and be the lead on all marketing activities within the high end division of this brand. Responsibilities include promoting and maintaining brand image at local / national and international level and analysing promotional activity and defining future promotions. The target market includes mostly retail showrooms but also some builders merchants. 

LOCATION: Office based in Staffordshire so can live in Staffordshire or the West Midlands near to the towns of Stafford, Birmingham, Tamworth 

CANDIDATE: We are looking for an experienced marketing manager ideally with a marketing qualification. This person should be used to delivering against agreed targets and KPIs, leading multiple projects and have B2B and B2C experience.

Specification Sales Job for Flooring Products in South East

There will also be a need to carry out CPDs and build a network of contacts within the London architects and designer community.

LOCATION: Field based role covering London - candidates must live in London or within the M25

CANDIDATE: We are seeking a high calibre individual from the interior specification market. This person needs to be ultra professional, polished and driven and have experience selling interior products to the London A&D market and be a great communicator and relationship builder.

PACKAGE: Competitive basic £30,000-£40,000 plus 25%-40% bonus paid quarterly , company car, healthcare, pension, childcare vouchers, laptop and mobile phone.

LOCATION: East Midlands and South Yorkshire - Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. Ideally located, Nottingham, Derbyshire or Doncaster. 

CANDIDATE: We are looking for extremely high calibre candidates with experience selling a Bathroom, Heating, Plumbing or related product into the Bathroom Retail / Plumbers Merchant Sector. You will need to be able to demonstrate your proven sales skills and the ability to really make a difference. 

PACKAGE: On offer is a basic salary of £30k - £35k depending on experience plus an excellent commission scheme, quality car, pension & other benefits
