Job Description
Sales & Marketing Director/Commercial Director - This is a high profile role to head up and drive all UK Sales and Commercial activities. You will manage the UK sales operation via the National Sales Manager, together with management and direction of the Marketing and New Product Development teams. You will also manage and further develop the relationships within their key Merchant and Distribution accounts.

Location
UK national role.

Candidate
This is a key and very high profile position where you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and directional skills. Naturally strategic you will be commercially astute with the ability to drive volume sales in an extremely competitive marketplace. You will already be a senior management professional with an exposure to Major National Merchants/Distribution groups with a proven track record in growth and development of market share.

Package
c£80k-£100k basic plus performance related bonus and executive package/benefits.
