This person will be responsible for promoting their full range of middle to high end Bathroom products predominantly to Bathroom Retailers & Independent Merchant Showrooms. The area has been managed well & this person will inherit a very strong & loyal customer base however they will expected to maximise these further in addition to developing new business within the region.

HVAC Field Sales Job
Job Title: HVAC Consultant

Our client is a huge global brand, a true market leading manufacturer of structural building products. 

The core focus for this role in terms of product portfolio includes Pre Insulated pipe and specialist insulations for HVAC applications. You will be responsible for generating sales and specification proactivley targeting Architects, M&E Consultants, Main and Sub Contractors. You will be spending a large proportion of time building on relationships with key Distributors such as Encon and SIG. 

We are looking for an engaging, professional and driven individual with strong basic sales skills. This person will need to know the HVAC Sector - realistically in Ventilation/Insulation or related. A proven track record generating and breaking specification as well as the ability to close deals with Contractors and Distributors is required.

Technical Internal Sales Job

Salary: £29k + discretionary bonus and benefits

Our client is a major worldwide manufacturer of specialist access covers and drainage products serving the Construction, Civils and Industrial sectors. They focus on key projects within construction, airports, ports, energy and utlity providers. 

Working within a small team you will be the key office based contact for all price & technical enquiries. You will need to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base including Consulting Engineers, Contractors and key Distributors/Merchants. 

The day to day functions of the role include:

  • Responding to inbound technical and pricing enquiries- producing quotes (70%) 
  • Tracking projects and completed quotations – outbound warm sales calls (15%) 
  • Track and follow up leads- outbound cold sales calls (15%) 

The successful candidate will be required to build and maintain excellent working relationships with national, regional and independent distributors which forms the bulk of the existing customer base. 

Office based role in Bedfordshire, so candidates ideally living: Luton, Bedford, Hitchin, Dunstable, Milton Keynes, Flitwick, Harpenden, St.Albans etc. 

You should be technically competent - you will have natural flair to present solutions and be equally effective in following enquiries through to completion. You will already have a good understanding of the construction sales cycle and be able to demonstrate a good level of negotiation skills and customer relationship building.

You should be an experienced and professional field sales executive with a background in dealing with Windows, Doors, Ironmongery, Fittings, Aluminium Products, uPVC with an exposure to dealing with Fabricators. Someone with current experience managing and developing a team would be highly valued.
