EMPLOYER: Our client are at the forefront of design and innovation within the floor coverings marketplace specialising in projects within the high end hospitality, leisure and retail sectors. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Account Manager Corporate End Users: Due to continued success and growth two new roles have been created focused on winning new business with key corporate end users. The successful people will be tasked with gaining sales of contract flooring with prestigious companies within the London hospitality and leisure markets. These KAM's will find be charged with identifying new customers and developing and implementing plans to convert them to regular customers and then transfer them to the account management team. Additionally, the KAM's will collaborate with colleagues on projects which are interconnected to ensure the company is in the best position to win the business. 

LOCATION: London - so you must live within the M25 or close to it in Middlesex, Greater London, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Essex and Hampshire 

CANDIDATE: To be considered for this role you need to have had experience targeting key corporate end users within the hotel, leisure or retail market and have ideally sold an interior / design-led product. You must also show you are a self-motivated new business winner capable of working with decision makers at all levels. Furthermore, this person must prove they have successfully worked in a KPI focused environment and be used to smashing sales targets. 

PACKAGE: On offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 plus an excellent bonus structure and company benefits including car, pension, healthcare, mobile phone, laptop and 24 days plus bank holidays.
