Our Client is a market leading manufacturer of Heavyside building products with an outstanding reputation in their market sector.
They are looking to recruit a new National Sales Manager to take control of their Specification sales channel. This person will be responsible for managing the full team of Area Specification Managers through the Regional Management structure. The focus will be on ensuring the team secure strong specifications with Architects and Engineers and tracking securely through to order. They will be expected to adopt both a strategic and a 'hands on' management style.

They will have a dotted line responsibility to a national team of Area Sales Managers to support them.
